My textbook came in with all its pages having been completely ripped apart from the hardcover. Not satisfied with my product, to say the least.

This book was over $200 brand new at the bookstore and $100 to rent, glad I got the last copy to rent at such an affordable price!

Hope I don’t get blamed for this, we’ll see when I go to return it. The binding is just totally falling of before I even took it out of the package

The book was already messed up when I received it. The hard cover wasn’t attached to the papers at all.

Terrible. The hardcover of the textbook was completely torn off, so now I have to carry the pages of the book by itself and the hardcover separately. I'd ask to return it and get a new textbook, but I don't have time to waste since the semester just started. Horrible.
